Hey folks, there is yet another non-toxic wax alternative, "Glide-on" wax! A hydrocarbon wax, handcrafted in Colorado, Glide-on is free of PFC's, Molybdenum and Graphite. Instead of toxic chemicals, Glide-on has a special polymer ingredient that adds speed and durability. This polymer acts as a plasticizer, making Glide-on more elastic, smoother, and faster than standard hydrocarbon waxes. One dedicated user of Glide-on had this to say: ” …wax worked wonders in Jackson Hole Wyoming!!!”

For more information, go to www.glideonwax.com. You can also e-mail the owner and founder of Glide-on wax at lin.martin@glideonwax.com.

Cheers

I live at the base of a ski hill. I drink the water from the slopes all year. My neighbors downstream drink and farm with the same run-off. I'd like to see a ban on fluoro waxes and their sale. Perhaps we could make an exception high level racing9but not training) but I would prefer a complete ban. My guess is that very few recreational skiers have wax on their skis except Demos, racers and a few others.A lot of young racers get their skis prepped by their highly motivated parents whom wouldnt think twice about blowing 20$ a training day on fluoro for their little up and coming hero. These people are probably not trained techs and almost certainly don't have the correct ventilation etc.well thats my 2cents

99%. 1%. What are we measuring? Are we measuring how much "value" each individual has gathered? Why look at money only? How about the folks with great personalities that get 92% of the friends while the geeks only get 8%? How about fitness? I think we need to include measures other than money.

"If 47% of households don’t pay taxes we are in a dangerous situation where a near majority of people are getting a free ride"

The reason they don't pay taxes is because they barely make enough money to even live on. Wealthier people aren't living hand to mouth like many of the rest of us are.

I like it, I think it is a pretty good way to protest the biased News and Guide and the school/cops who want to make criminals out of our kids, kids who are doing what most of us adults did when we were kids. the difference is when we were kids they didnt have cops there to write you a ticket for court and the schools didnt kick you out of school for every mistake you made. The school and cops are being way too aggressive in their pursuit of busting these kids. they go to court and end up having records that effect their chances to go into the military and college....all for doing something dumb when they were 15-17 years old... parents need to stand up to the schools and the cops, let kids be kids and make mistakes, learn from them and move on. sending them to drug counseling doesnt help either. all it does is teach them about other ways they can get high..like taking cough medicine..things they never thought about before. I heard from a friend that last year 75 out of the 150 kids who graduated had been arrested for various things. dont know if it is true, but that is sick. the new principals at the high school have taken kids who used to love school and made them hate it. Of course there are SOME instances where courts and cops should be involved, but the school/cops take it way too far

Hahahahaha. Yeah I'm detecting some "bullshit" too. You think the media is misrepresenting you, and yet you're basically singing about nothing, and you use the word "fuck" more often than I did in high school. I'm confused. And the line "y'all are gayer than catchers, and I'm not talking baseball mitt" is enough to make you a dick without the media's help. Idiots.
