Beautiful day for a race.  Ski patrol busted me for skinning up.  Very cop-like but I was polite.

I’m only staying long enough to eat the Bubba’s BBQ and post to my blog.  My daughter will kill me if I’m late picking her up from Hebrew school.
 

Outspoken conservative, rich guy, philanthropist Foster Friess will appear on CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360 during the 8pm EST hour (with a rerun at 10pm EST), as part of the feature story on SuperPACs. In addition, Wolf Blitzer’s Situation Room will feature a short profile of Foster sometime between 4pm – 6pm EST.

Stephen Glass showed work at the Art Association Gallery at the Center for the Arts on 1/13/12.  Cool stuff!

The Jackson Hole High School Orchestra performed a winter concert at the High School on Thursday night. The orchestra looked good and sounded o.k.. The cello choir was pretty rockin’. What’s with all the good cello players in this orchestra? Don’t they know that cello is lame. Morose, oversized compared to a violin, puny compared to a double bass. I guess cello is the new violin.

The airport has preferred parking for low emission vehicles. The snooty arrogance of the “greener than thou” movement is really tedious. With so many spaces reserved for the handicapped and the green elite the close in spots are getting hard to find. I’m worried that someday I’ll get to the airport and all the parking spots will have signs that say “Anybody but Judd”.

Jackson Youth Football held their year end banquet in the Jackson Hole Middle School Commons last night. It actually wasn’t as chaotic as in past years. Usually it’s about 100 boys running amuck, but this year went pretty smoothly.
JYF is a very well run program. The coaches do a terrific job.
